• 324g Bread Organic King Arthur flour (56%)
• 246g Whole Wheat Organic King Arthur flour
• 7g salt(1.9%)
• 275g fluid (73.3%)
• 150g starter (40% inoculation, 100% hydrated)

Notes

salt might be a little low. Haven’t really thought about changing the inoculation % but worth considering.
