Find a pass through grip that’s a little sticky then go a little wider

      • External rotation of shoulder
    • bar stays in frontal plane
    • faults
      • Slack in arms
        • Wine glass instead of martini
        • Press up
        • Without using your legs, reach the bar to the ceiling
      • front of plane
        • Press up and pull back
