  • More relevant communication
    • more targeted emails/messaging/CTAs
  • More engagement + sales
    • you’re messaging can become niche so you’re product(s) don’t have to
    • personalized messaging scales
  • Segmentation is Productt R&D
  • Better reporting on the types of people that engage with you
